and another thing

I told people not to have a surprise party for me, so that I could be pissed off at them either way.

Here's some trivia: These past ate months have been the longest I've gone in two decades. After seeing Hearst's comment above and wondering about the odds that I've had the opportunity for similar coincidences, I did some quick math. 20 years, minus about 2 years for the dozen times I've quit before, minus roughly 4 days for leap years, times an average of 1.25 packs/day (that's being generous), I've smoked approximately 164,150 cigarettes. Four years of that figure were Camel non-filtered, two years of Camel Wides, the rest their regular, all-cotton filtered.
Truth be told, the older people that I see still alive and smoking are always the non filter smokers. I also remember something on the back of camel non filters that said (from memory here) "don't look for any deals or special offers, the price of the tobacco discourages manufacture" or something like that. My grandfather smoked Pall Mall, dipped copenhagen and drank Jim Beam and coors like it was going out of style and lived a full life so... Good job on the ATE months though, I feel your pain :|
i'm sure you'll come back with some aging-hipster bullshit justification, but i really always wish you made the gif images in your gif montages all the same aspect ratio, and without sudden letterbox. i know you're, like, throwing conventional editing to the wind or whatever, but those choices only look sloppy and add nothing to anything.
