this dude said tramp stamp in a tattoo parlor i was in when he was talking to his GF..and the artist got so pist..hes like "THEY ARE CALLED TEASERS" i take it he doesnt want to help coin the phrase tramp stamp because it would eat into his business..since the lower back "teasers" are a very popular tattoo
