Then I'll explain that now: Some downvoter whose name I can't remember said "I have to press F11 to see the circle drawn on ms paint" and I said "I didn't make it on paint, I made it on Fireworks." and for no reason whatsoever, gr33nscr33n said "you're not supposed to use Fireworks as a web browser" even though I said nothing about using it as a web browser.
