Woody's just mad Moore has never done a movie advocating the legalization of Marijuana. Its what is referred to in Latin as stoner aggrandizement rageimus. Its the first seeing the legalization of weed as the answer to all the worlds problems and then when nobody "honks for hemp" you go into a futility induced rage where you kill people with banjos. It's science people and it is fantastic.
