Thanks for having a sense of humour. Even if the picture is unremarkable, the Strong Bad-esque voice coupled with the absurdity of the phrase "Icicle Disaster" is worth a few giggles, in my opinion. Worth more than a 1, to be sure. And it's certainly taking the voice sample from Valkyrie Profile out of context and creating something new with it.
