open up a single frame, place a single black or white dot on that frame (literally 1x1 pixel dot) then insert the frame back into the gif and save it and reupload it. OR, you could change the timings on one of the frames by .01 (for instance .25 to .26.) As long as the gif is changed and you upload the new gif, you can make it sfw again.
