Jack Lewis (aka Danny Carlton) says using Firefox is no less than stealing. Oh and in the follow up, he calls Firefox users "terrorists". If you actually check his site, he also claims that Firefox is a cult. Also, raids? lol...W

Interesting but that is a very annoying sound loop. However, this person is a moron. Chances are if he's complaining about this though his site isn't too profitable to begin with. And if the visitors of his websites are like me and only block ads on sites where the advertisements take up space than the actual content perhaps he should consider serving up less ads that are more relevant to his visitors. Also, I'm a terrorist.

It all depends on the type of ad. The two big ones are CPC and CPM. CPC (cost per click) pay you when a user clicks an advertisement (and it's a illegitimate click) ie. Google AdSense, you don't nesicarily have to purchase anything as long as the click doesn't seem fraudulent. CPM (cost per impression) pays an advertiser X amount of money for Y amount of views.
