audioslave doesn't steal others work, they just create their own new sh*tty god-awful material. Thats coming from one of the biggest Soundgarden fans you can find, Cornell just went down the tubes creatively since he met with Morello & crew. 1st album was ok, 2nd meh, 3rd struck out. Too bad. Anyways, enough of me ranting. And they sound slightly the same, but there is a differance of quite a few notes.
