Sega is Justified!

I am a lawyor, and i know how this type of innitiative would go down in court. YTMND's case is completely inconsequential, and their best course of action is to cease and deceast all of Sega's copyrighted materials.

Then you're a dumbass lawyer. ytmnd is like any other website with USER GENERATED content. Ytmnd's moderator defense can cite freedom of speech, no monetary gain from use of Sega's TM, short sampling of content (1 pic and maybe 1 min of actual audio at the most), and the effort made to screen minors from this kind of content. No one in their right mind is going to confuse the Sonic ytmnd as a website that was endorsed, sponsored, or condoned by Sega.
I never said they didn't have a legal standing. I just think that, in their place, I would look the other way and realize that YTMND is just some fans messing around with some old and beloved characters. As I pointed out in my own Sega YTMND, mylettertosega.ytmnd.com, sites like these help to keep the Sonic characters alive (and profitable).
good point, im no "lawyor", but im gonna assume, behind all judgment you are, i could call you a bunch of made up random names, but im just gonna be simple, im not gonna prove ytmnd's stance in this, im just gonna say, if you truly enjoy ytmnd enough to even create an account, then why the hell are you supporting its destruction????
