I wouldn't have a problem with the O RLY version being rated higher. It's more laugh-out-loud funny, where I think this one is more "Huh... weird" funny. To use a TV analogy, I'm the British version of The Office, and that one's the American version. Both funny shows, but completely different styles of comedy.

Secret Chiefs 3 is a great band, especially their last few albums. This song is off of the album "Book M", you should definitely check it out. "Book of Horizons" is pretty good too. Avoid their other albums, their early stuff is pretty rough. I also recommend the band Estradasphere, especially the album "Quadropus". They're more of a jazz/metal group, but that album has a pretty strong Middle East and Persian influence. So it's sort of similar.
