Next time, take a flat object, like a book or a cutting board, put it snugly inside the teeshirt, press down the stencil as you dab on the paint. Use a sponge brush for best effect. make sure the stencil and shhirt surface are flat, and remember to press down as you dab. If you do this and use actual fabric paint, or just plain acrylic paint, you should get a drastically less blurry outcome.
