IIRC they do stick themselves into people, but I can't recall a situtation where they show a physical takeover. Witness the takeover of the helicopter dude in the 1st one, and the truck driver in Reloaded. I could make Zidane "Neo" like, so that he takes Materazi over and he blows off to chunks, revealing an envigorated Neo.
