Okay, I did it so long ago that I can't remember the specifics, but the basics are that I imported the audio into audacity three times, raised the pitch of one of them, lowered the pitch of one of them, and kept one the way it started. Also, I did not use ANY filters, in case you are wanting to just press a button and do it.
