And two more people miss the point. Taking a picture that leads to "LOL THAT IS A FUNNY PICTURE, HERE IS A FIVE" is indefensible. Taking a picture, changing sh*t on your own, and incorporating it into a site where the point is more than just the picture itself is different. See Puffy's sampling vs. DJ Premiere's sampling for further illustration.
