Real Letter from Teacher

I think the fact that he 1'd it seems to point to the contrary he probably saw that the number 1.6... Km is bigger than 1 Mi and mistook it for meaning a Kilometer is more than a mile. This is a very common mistake believe it or not and is probably the same mistake the teacher made. Yet in both cases it really is no excuse the teacher should have caught it way before and the Sqerdagent and the idiots who are posting 1 km is more than 1 mi should be more sure before they post some pissy comment.
Even if it's real I just don't find it very outrageous. I can't possibly know the specifics of the situation, but from what's in the letter the teacher didn't punish you because you corrected him, but because you were making a big fuss about it. And suddenly the issue is too gray for me to laugh, or to care.
Wow... enigma11 is a real moron. It's not funny because the teacher "was stupid enough to later think he was right" (great grammar enigma). It's funny because enigma11 was stupid enough to get pissy and arrogant when he miss read the the letter. It says the teacher claimed a kilometer is more than a mile and the student said a mile is more than a kilometer.
