What is 4Kids photoshop mistake

A lot of Anime fans know that 4Kids have a terrible habit of photoshopping various bits of whatever they dub. One Piece in particular. If you look above 'Zolo', you'll see that some of the sky appears in front of Luffy as he bobs his head.
