ummm.. maybe because that's almost exactly what the population ratios are? Sure, in the US we're about 75% white, but they included Canada, the UK and Australia, so obviously that % will go up.

If you include those populations, there really isn't any surprise - they should be saying instead that blacks are underrepresented and that Asians are overrepresented.
